HR Administrator
Fresh People are recruiting an HR Administrator to support a busy operational site in Iwade. This is a great role for someone with strong admin skills who is already working in HR (or studying CIPD) and wants to build proper, generalist HR experience in a hands-on environment.
The role Youll be the day-to-day HR support on site, keeping employee records accurate, making sure paperwork is completed, and helping the HR Manager with onboarding, absence and ER admin. Its an operational workforce, so things move quickly and youll need to be organised and confident chasing managers for information.
What youll do Maintain employee files and HR system records in line with GDPR
Produce offer letters, contracts and contract changes
Support recruitment and onboarding interviews, starter packs, RTW checks
Record absence/holiday and chase return-to-work documentation
Arrange HR meetings (disciplinary/grievance/welfare) and take notes where needed
Keep training/licence records up to date
Scan, file and upload HR documents so theyre audit-ready
Deal with day-to-day HR queries and escalate where appropriate
About you HR admin or strong office admin background (essential)
Confident with MS Office, especially Excel and shared drives
Good written skills can turn around letters and emails accurately
Organised, detail-focused and used to working to deadlines
Able to work on site and liaise with operational managers
CIPD Level 3 (completed or studying) would be an advantage
