SRM is preparing for a major construction programme in Port Talbot, South Wales. The works involve heavy civil engineering across various industrial fronts over the next 3 to 4 years, starting with enabling works in Q3 2025.
If you are a Logistics Manager with experience in large multi-million-pound projects, this is a great opportunity to join our team in Port Talbot for a project valued over £200m.

Your profile
The H&S Advisor supports stakeholders in achieving high HS&W standards by advising management, employees, and supply chain partners, working collaboratively with the client team.
* Member of IOSH
* NEBOSH Construction Certificate
* Strong leadership skills
* Experience supporting complex Construction or Civil Engineering projects
* Ability to conduct root cause analysis
* Excellent communication and influencing skills
* Proven success in HS&W improvements
* Proactive learner
* Chartered IOSH member
* NEBOSH Diploma or NVQ Level 5/6 in Occupational Health and Safety
* Mental Health First Aider
* Understanding of behavioral psychology and human factors
