Shift: Monday Friday / Daytime and Nighttime shift available

Overview:
The Recruitment Crowd (TRC Group) are seeking a detail-oriented and organisedTransport Shift Managerto join our leading transport and logistics clients administrative team. This role involves providing essential clerical support to ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent organisational abilities, and prior office experience. This paid position offers an opportunity to develop professional skills within a dynamic environment.
What youll do:
Youll have a strong focus on providing high standards of service to both external and internal customers.
Key Role Responsibilities:
* Delivery of essential communications regarding team performance and review via PD board sessions and one to one discussion.
* Compliance with new employee inductions and training.
* Compliance with company SOMs and risk assessments.
* Working closely with the Compliance team to deliver the required standard of driver compliancy.
* The review, development and delivery of Despatcher training.
* Assignment of general daily duties to the Despatch team to ensure an on-time network to the customer.

The Person:
* Transport Manager CPC qualification is preferred
* Experience and knowledge of Control Room procedures including drivers hours legislation an advantage.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
