The role
s will be on afull-time basis – hours per week, with the option to work those hours flexibly Monday through to Friday (7am-7pm)
What you'll be doing:
1. Re-assessing pension benefits that are due to members in accordance with policy.
2. Providing individual benefit statements and responding to member queries.
3. Updating systems to ensure accurate records are held of members entitlements.
4. Working to set government processes and procedures.
What you’ll bring:
5. Numeracy skills and able to process complex data.
6. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Word)
7. Able to use initiative and exercise sound judgement.
8. Articulate and able to develop good working relationships with colleagues and clients.
9. A flexible manner and approach.
10. Great interpersonal skills and proficient in communicating at all levels.
It would be great if you had:
11. Financial and/or Pension Sector experience.
12. Administration experience.
