We have an exciting opportunity in our Eastbourne clinic for a nurse who wants to make a difference in our patients' lives. You will provide patient care according to Diaverum procedures with the aim to increase the quality of life for our patients. A comprehensive professional training programme will be provided to you, including on-the-job training, e-learning, and access to our in-house education programmed Academy.
Main duties of the job
You will be responsible for taking ownership of care programmes for renal patients, following the tailored care plans as per Consultant instructions, and ensuring clinical activity is appropriately documented in the patient medical record. Further responsibilities include preparing and monitoring dialysis machines and systems in line with Diaverum processes; reviewing pre and post haemodialysis care with patients; working in a multi-disciplinary team, etc.

We have an exciting opportunity in our Eastbourne clinic for a qualified Registered dialysis experienced nurse to join our Diaverum bank. Our bank offers the flexibility to choose shifts and clinics to work in. We have an online booking system allowing you to access available shifts in your preferred clinics and book directly through the system. We are looking for individuals who want to make a difference in our patients' lives. You will provide patient care according to Diaverum procedures and aim to increase the quality of life for our patients.
Responsibilities:
* Follow care programmes for renal patients, including initiation and termination of dialysis, providing stable clinical care, emotional support, and fostering independence.
* Administer medications, fluid therapy, or other treatments as per Consultant instructions, ensuring documentation in the patient medical record.
* Review pre and post haemodialysis care with patients.
* Prepare and monitor dialysis machines and systems in line with Diaverum processes.
* Provide treatment to a group of patients, ensuring high-quality care at all times.
Requirements:
* NMC Registered Nurse
* Understanding of NMC code of professional conduct
* Ability to work autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team
* Experience as a Haemodialysis nurse within the UK
* Positive and dynamic approach to safe and effective care delivery
* Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
