Description Job Title: Technical Delivery Lead – Inbound Data Integrations Location: London or Leeds (Hybrid) Overview: Join the Data & Analytics team to lead the delivery of inbound data integrations and support key regulatory and risk-related change. This role requires someone with strong delivery discipline, confident communication skills, and the ability to drive progress across multiple teams and stakeholders. You’ll take ownership of delivery activities, manage impacts from upstream data and system changes, and ensure technical and business teams remain aligned throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Take day-to-day ownership of delivering inbound data integration and migration tasks. Work closely with SMEs to gather, validate, and manage data and business requirements. Drive impact assessments across upstream and downstream systems, ensuring actions are followed through. Coordinate design, development, testing, and implementation activities across technical and business teams. Support data remediation, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and completeness. Run working groups, maintain RAID logs, and chase actions to keep delivery on track. Act as a confident communicator between business, risk, finance, and IT teams. Work within agile delivery frameworks, helping maintain structure, discipline, and clear prioritisation. Support integration delivery across API/microservices architectures, ETL processes, and hybrid cloud environments. Contribute to reporting and dashboarding where required. Essential Skills & Experience: Strong hands-on experience in technical delivery, data migration, or data integration within financial services. Confident personality with the ability to drive progress, challenge where needed, and keep teams accountable. Good working knowledge of SAS, SQL, Excel; Python is a bonus. Awareness of regulatory frameworks such as Basel 3.1. Understanding of capital, impairment, and risk data processes. Experience in transport and/or asset finance is desirable. Experience working with API/microservices, ETL pipelines, and cloud-based data environments. Strong organisational skills with experience managing RAID logs and delivery artefacts. Comfort working in agile teams (Scrum/Kanban) and using Jira/Confluence. Ability to engage stakeholders effectively and maintain momentum across technical and business groups. Desirable Certifications: Azure Data Fundamentals (DP-900) Prince2 or equivalent Data visualisation/analytics certifications
