Medical Risk Assessment - Customer Service Advisor
Christchurch / Hybrid (Hybrid work available after 6-month probation period)

As a Medical Risk Assessor, you will handle inbound calls from customers declaring pre-existing medical conditions in line with their travel insurance policies.
This role offers a chance to learn the business from the ground up and can serve as a stepping stone to our travel claims team.

* Maintaining accurate documentation of assessments

* High competency and confidence with computers
* Ability to work contracted hours and stay committed during training and beyond
* Customer service experience (helpful but not essential)
* Ability to work under pressure

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
