Working closely with the Head Chef, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional food, maintaining high standards, and developing a strong kitchen team. The Role As Sous Chef, you'll support the day-to-day running of the kitchen, helping to lead the team, drive food quality, and ensure smooth service during busy trading periods. You'll be a hands-on leader who can step up and take control when required, while maintaining a positive and motivated kitchen culture.
