Your responsibilities will include:
* Follow the guidance from the Head Pastry Chef and Junior Sous Chef to produce all pastry dishes to the agreed company standards and specifications
* Assist the pastry commis chef to carry out all tasks in a reasonable time frame to ensure the smooth running of the areas
* Having full knowledge of the menu and to be able to give descriptions of all dishes
* Keeping the kitchen team constantly informed on all food related stock levels in accordance with business levels
* Complying with food labelling and temperature controls
* Adhering to all Food Hygiene practices and procedures
