Client Services Associate – Premium Co-Working Space
London | Full-time | £27,000–£29,000 + benefits







Are you a people-focused professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service? We are working with a leading co-working space provider to find a confident and proactive Client Services Associate to join their vibrant London team.



This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the heart of a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.







The Role



As a Client Services Associate, you will be the face of the business—ensuring members and guests enjoy a seamless, welcoming, and professional experience at all times.







Key responsibilities include:

* Providing a warm, professional welcome to all members and visitors


\t

* Managing front-of-house operations and maintaining a high standard of presentation


\t

* Supporting clients with day-to-day requests and building strong relationships


\t

* Coordinating meeting rooms, events, and facilities


\t

* Handling incoming calls, emails, and enquiries efficiently


\t

* Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations








About You




\t
* Previous experience in a client-facing, hospitality, reception, or co-working environment


\t

* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail


\t

* Confident communicator with a friendly, approachable manner


\t

* Proactive and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting


\t

* A genuine passion for customer service and creating great experiences
