Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN) – Health Visitor – 30 hours per week, Exeter
Responsibilities
* Work within corporate teams and be rostered to the duty hub covering a defined geographical area.
* Lead and manage changing and challenging workload priorities.
* Partner with community, voluntary, and statutory agencies for multi‑agency working and safeguarding children.
* Assist local midwifery services to support the Better Births agenda.
* Advocate a strong public health approach focusing on continuity of care for families.
* Contribute to local and national health‑visiting agendas through innovative practice.
Qualifications and Experience
* Registered Health Visitor with a Specialist Community Public Health Nursing Degree.
* Health Visitor or School Nurse qualification.
* Masters level qualification preferred.
* Ability to drive and access a car.
