Location: Based at sites across London, Stratford, Ebbsfleet and Singlewell

Salary: £38,000– £45,000 per annum depending on experience.
Cleaning Deputy Manager – TransportDivision
We are looking for a Cleaning Deputy Manager to Support the Account Lead in managing a large transport contract based at St Pancras with travel to Stratford, Ebbsfleet, and Singlewell. You will manage a team of 5 Duty Managers to ensure cleaning standards are met and maintained to the highest level. No two days will be the same. When you’re dealing with people there’s never a dull moment, and you’ll use your strong interpersonal skills to support and develop your team.
Key Responsibilities
As Cleaning Deputy Manager, you’ll be:
* Directly managing Duty Managers within the account to ensure cleaning standards are met and maintained to the highest level.
* Ensuring development, support, mentoring and effective performance is proactively and efficiently managed for the direct reports, in line with company standards.
* Car ad-hoc and regular activity such as projects, reports, audits as required and to support the Account Lead.
* Managing key (high profile/value) accounts within the operating region to including, managing staffing level, subcontracts, training staff in Health & Safety and update records.
* Ensuring that all contractual KPI’s are achieved.
* Recruiting, developing, training cleaning operatives in site contracts promptly.
About You
As Cleaning Deputy Manager, you’ll have:
* Previous client management and people management skills.
* Working knowledge of Health and Safety systems in the cleaning industry with the ability to train staff.
* Computer literate with the ability to effectively use Microsoft Office package and databases.
* Able to drive / travel to different sites where required.
* Able and willing to work unsocial hours as necessary.
* NEBOSH qualification.
* A satisfactory Enhanced DBS disclosure
* Full, clean driving license – Desirable
