Job Summary
Be a Workforce Administrator/PA at Emerald Place Clinic, part of Elysium Healthcare. This role works across the service to manage workforce processes, support recruitment, oversee compliance, and handle payroll queries, ensuring the smooth operation of the centre.
Key Responsibilities
* Liaise with head office and payroll, ensuring relevant documents are sent
* Cover the reception area as required
* Create and update HR paper files
* Support recruitment and onboarding processes
* Administer induction and new starter procedures
* Process leavers, changes, maternity and paternity leave
* Review ongoing compliance checks and variation to contract paperwork
* Administer the Unit4 employee system and Honeydew absence management system
* Manage internal ER processes
* Prepare reports
Qualifications and Skills
* Secretarial and/or Administration experience
* Minimum of 4 GCSEs at grade C or above (including English and Mathematics) or equivalent
* Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Awareness of confidentiality and security requirements

The clinic is an adolescent inpatient unit caring for young people aged 13 to 18 with a range of mental health and complex needs.
