Responsibilities
* Administer sub‑cutaneous systemic anti‑cancer therapies and supportive treatments to patients with haematological, breast, and gastrointestinal cancers.
* Visit patients in their homes to deliver therapies, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate care.
* Work autonomously and manage your own patient caseload.
* Maintain the highest quality standards and professional approach in all aspects of care.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple patients.
