In this role, you will carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive works on building plant, equipment, and systems. You'll also undertake small installation projects and respond to engineering emergencies, ensuring service levels are met and exceeded. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems. Respond to reactive repairs and liaise with subcontractors as needed. Complete PPM tasks and report defects promptly. Maintain accurate site logs and equipment reports. Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and client procedures. Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.What We're Looking For Recognized Electrical Qualification (C&G 18th Edition, Test & Inspection). Strong knowledge of building electrical systems and BS standards. Experience with structured PPM delivery and business-critical equipment.
