About the Role
We put the fun back into our guests' holidays. If things aren’t going to plan with their break, you will help our guests get back on track by using your empathy and problem-solving skills to understand fully what has gone wrong. You will ensure that any jobs and feedback are logged and followed up with the guest.
You will need a proficient telephone manner with excellent customer service and communication skills, and confidence in offering solutions to our guests. Using different systems to log jobs and feedback, you should have fast, accurate typing skills and be comfortable on a computer. You will support your colleagues as a team player.
Within the guest services team, you will also manage the check-in experience for guests and meet some face-to-face to assist with their needs. You will help our guests curate their stay by providing advice about our products and local area.
This is a fast-paced, motivated role where you will love to get involved and learn. As a Guest Services Team Member Plus, you will work on a Monday and a Friday cleaning our accommodation and delivering excellent service during their holiday.
We will provide support and training to develop your skills for all aspects of the role. No two days are the same, and you will enjoy working with different team members and guests.
This is a full-time, permanent role (30-35 hours) with a working pattern including cleaning in Maple Walk from 10:00 to 15:00 on Mondays and Fridays, followed by a break and then a shift in Guest Services from around 16:00 to 21:00, with some variation. The role includes three additional working days, including weekends. Live-in accommodation is available.
