Are you looking for a rewarding and dynamic role where you can apply your knowledge, contribute to patient safety and be part of a multi-disciplinary team?
NHFT is looking for an experienced clinical pharmacist to support the delivery of a clinical pharmacy service to Spinneyfields and Turn Furlong inpatient units.
Spinneyfields provides accommodation for people requiring health and social care recovery and rehabilitation, delivered through a multi-disciplinary team employed by NHFT in a recovering independence unit.
NHFT are the lead provider for the RIBU, collaborating with West Northants Council. The service offers support for people with an need for rehabilitation, recuperation and/or assessment; subject to the screening criteria for the service being met. They will have their own clinical responsibilities which will contribute to the healthcare team and support the pharmacist attending the wards. Travel between sites will be necessary and you must be able to travel independently to other bases in the Trust across Northamptonshire.
