That includes everything from individual and corporate giving to digital campaigns, community fundraising, grant income, and events.Working closely with the senior leadership team, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our work is well-funded, well-understood, and well-supported – so we can reach more people who need us.The Head of Fundraising and Marketing will be responsible for:Strategy & LeadershipLead on the delivery of our fundraising and marketing strategiesContribute to wider organisational planning, bringing insight into income generation and stakeholder engagementFundraisingDevelop sustainable income streams across individual giving, corporate partnerships, grants, legacies, events, and community fundraisingBuild strong donor and partner relationships with a focus on stewardship, retention, and growthMonitor performance, analyse data, and drive continuous improvementMarketing & EngagementShape and lead our marketing strategy to raise awareness and build trust in our brandOversee digital content, campaigns, website and social media channelsTeam DevelopmentInspire, manage and support a dedicated team across fundraising and marketingPromote collaboration, innovation, and learning across the organisationGovernance & ComplianceEnsure fundraising and marketing activity is compliant with sector regulations and data protection lawsHelp manage reputational risk and support effective crisis comms when neededWe are looking for a Head of Fundraising and Marketing who:Has senior experience in charity fundraising, marketing or communicationsBrings energy, creativity, and a hands-on approach to leadershipCan balance big-picture thinking with day-to-day deliveryIs great at building relationships – with supporters, partners, colleagues, and stakeholdersCares about making an impact through compassionate, community-focused workThis Head of Fundraising and Marketing position is fantastic and offering a salary of up to £50,000 and brilliant benefits it’s not one to be missed.
