Student Complaints and Misconduct Case Handler

Salary from £43,277 to £51,714 pa inclusive in London with potential to progress to £55,497 pa inclusive of London allowance.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with substantial experience of complaint and misconduct case management within the HE sector. You will be an integral member of the Secretary’s Division reporting directly to the School Secretary and managing the Student Complaints and Misconduct Team.
Key responsibilities and requirements
* Maintain a high level of customer service and liaise effectively with a range of students and staff.
* Provide clear and accurate advice of relevance to the circumstances with empathy and contextual understanding.
* Deliver recommendations, guidance, policy papers or reports to internal or external staff, students and agencies.
* Exhibit excellent listening, investigatory skills and strong sensitivity to the circumstances of students, with cultural awareness and understanding of diverse student lives.
