CMA Recruitment Group is working with a successful, well-established business based in central Southampton, Hampshire, to recruit a Credit Controller on a permanent basis.
What will the Credit Controller role involve?
* Daily credit control activities – debt chasing, query resolution, issuing copy invoices, statements, etc.
* Handling submission and monitoring of bad debts to third-party collection agencies as needed.
* Maintaining records of chase notes in the monthly collections tracker.
* Managing the credit control mailbox.
* Raising interest invoices when appropriate.
* Administering electronic billing according to payer guidelines.
* Troubleshooting and resolving electronic billing issues.
Suitable candidate for the Credit Controller vacancy:
* Experience in accounts receivable and credit control.
* Strong interpersonal skills with a professional approach.
* Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUPs, formulas, SUMIFs).
* Strong attention to detail.
Additional information and benefits:
* Hybrid work: 2 days working from home per week.
* 25 days holiday, increasing to 27 days.
