What will you be doing?
* Build strong, trusted advisor relationships with client counterparts, including as the day-to-day / key client contact on engagements
* Take day-to-day responsibility for small projects and manage significant elements of large engagements
* Demonstrate expertise and an ability to generate insights in the consumer, retail and/or leisure sectors
* Co-ordinate the preparation of deliverables that span multiple workstreams, including the answers and challenges to the likely questions and responses of the client
* Contribute to thought leadership and knowledge management activities
What will you need to do it?
* experience working in a leading strategy house, Big 4 firm, public sector organisation or strategy / development / transformation team in industry
* Strong understanding of the value drivers in one or more of the Consumer Goods, Retail and Leisure sectors
* Ability to manage small / medium sized teams or significant parts of complex projects or programmes within the sector
* Experience of developing and preparing business development pitches in the sector
* Demonstrable experience of managing project teams and taking responsibility for end-to-end delivery
* Ability to work effectively and collaboratively, influence and challenge senior people (client and internal) whilst working on a project or business development initiative
