An opportunity has arisen for an individual to join the Renal Team within NHS Tayside. You will be expected to support the renal team by carrying out general clinical, administrative and housekeeping duties within a constantly changing environment.
We are looking for someone who is organiser, possesses excellent communication skills and good IT skills. Familiarity with NHS systems such as Trakcare, PECOS and SSTS would be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform general clinical, administrative and housekeeping duties for the Renal Team.
* Support the renal team in a constantly changing environment.
* Tackle duties across the Renal Service within NHS Tayside as required.
* Maintain adherence to mandatory induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and the Code of Conduct throughout employment.
Requirements & Expectations
* Organised and detail‑oriented with excellent communication skills.
* Good IT skills; familiarity with NHS systems such as Trakcare, PECOS and SSTS beneficial.
* Compulsory completion of mandatory induction and continuous compliance with the Code of Conduct.
* Commitment to flexibility; hours of work are Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week, with potential review of schedule.
The post holder will be based in Ward 22, Renal Medicine, Ninewells, but may also be required to carry out duties anywhere within the Renal Service across NHS Tayside.
