Our client has an exciting opportunity for an HR Administrator to join their amazing team, to be responsible for the day-to-day hr administrative activities.
Main responsibilities:
Assisting with the recruitment processes
Updating the website for vacancies, reviewing candidate applications and updating job adverts, writing up of newsletters
Onboarding, typing up of contracts, typing of minutes or documents, putting together starter packs
Induction of new employees & assisting with training
Supporting the hr function with administration and daily requirements
Maintaining the time and attendance system - Reviewing absence & holidays
Assisting in other areas of the business where required
The ideal candidate should have:
Minimum of 2 years HR Admin role preferably with retail or hospitality industry experience
Great communication skills to allow for communication between managers and employees.
Impeccable organisational skills & strategic thinker
Excellent skills in MS Office
