1. Deliver engaging, well-planned and differentiated ICT lessons
2. Maintain high expectations of academic achievement and behaviour
3. Build positive and professional relationships with pupils and staff
4. Effectively manage behaviour within a classroom environment
5. Provide direction and support to Teaching Assistants
6. Promote positive mental health and trauma-informed approaches
7. Contribute to subject leadership as directed by the Senior Leadership Team
8. Support pupils to achieve their full potential both academically and socially
What We’re Looking For
9. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS or equivalent)
10. Experience teaching ICT
11. A successful track record of motivating and engaging young people
12. Strong behaviour management skills and understanding of SEMH needs
13. Awareness of trauma-informed practices and positive mental health promotion
14. A flexible, energetic and proactive approach
15. The ability to work collaboratively as part of a supportive team
16. A full driving licence (essential)
