Main Duties Be able to give first class professional service to all clients and visitors to our site. Be the first point of contact for all clients and visitors to the company building. Always meet and greet with a friendly welcoming manor, ensuring all clients and visitorshave a great customer journey start to finish. Notifying tenants of visitors on site and directing them accordingly. Answer all incoming calls and face to face requests on behalf of the business and directthem accordingly. General administrative duties to support the business i.e., ensuring H&S information iscorrectly displayed on the noticeboards or filed in relevant folders digitally andmanually. To support the Facilities & Building Manager with daily building and health and safetychecks where required. Always keeping the reception area clean and tidy and ensuring a welcomingenvironment. Any other reasonable requests by the management team Access Control for visitors, contractors, and tenants. Face to face and via CCTV andIntercom system. Receive incoming mail and deliveries for tenants, on site contractors and FIFM staff.
