The Role: Will provide the strategic vision for a medium to large sized team. The team is comprised of Account Execs through to ADs. Highly commercial & client facing at any level. This position will leverage all of your strategic client knowledge & innovative new ways of working that you have been thinking about. Clients are global. Travel will be necessary. The business also has a grad intake & to give their team the best chance at progressing; They all come to an office a couple of days per week. This will of course be flexible depending on your travel & work life balance. The Person: Reporting to the Business Unit lead. This role is ideally suited to a future company leader.
