Marble Talent Group are currently recruiting for a Plant Operative working in a busy waste yard in Colchester!
Responsibilities -
* Safely operator a range of mobile plant equipment such as loading shovels, mini diggers and recycling equipment.
* Loading lorries.
* Emptying material bays.
* General site housekeeping.
Personal Requirements -
* Valid CPCS card,
* Experience operating a range of plant machinery.
* Basic mechanical knowledge.
Salary -
* Hourly rate is £14.25
* Overtime rate - 1.3x
* 15 hours overtime available each week
