Project Manager – Road Construction (Country Manager, Poland)

We are now seeking a Country Manager for Poland to lead business development and oversee implementation of our solution across road and infrastructure projects in the Polish market.
What You Will Do
* Develop, expand, and manage business opportunities throughout Poland
* Lead the full lifecycle of project implementation — from early project engagement, feasibility evaluation, and approval processes to on-site execution
* Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure excellent satisfaction levels
* Produce success stories and testimonials to support market growth and scale
* Drive ongoing collaboration and retention with strategic clients and partners
Who You Are
* 10+ years of experience managing infrastructure projects in the civil engineering sector — ideally in road and/or railway construction across Poland
* Established relationships with contractors, infrastructure developers, engineering firms, site supervisors, and Polish public authorities
* Strong understanding of the cost and budget structures within infrastructure projects and ability to identify where our technology provides the highest value
* A trusted and influential presenter — confident in communicating technical and commercial benefits to diverse stakeholders
* Strong interpersonal skills: professional, collaborative, attentive, and positive — able to build solid partnerships across the market
Requirements
* Civil Engineering degree — mandatory
* Availability to travel frequently across Poland (approximately 50% travel)
* Fluent English — only CVs in English will be considered
