The Head Vet will form a key part of the management team, leading clinical standards, supporting the progression of colleagues, and helping shape the practices strategic direction. Candidates should be confident in a leadership role and passionate about evidence-based veterinary care.
Key Details:
* 4-day working week with 1 in 4 weekends.
* No OOH, but on-call support required for overnight inpatients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop the clinical team to deliver gold-standard care.
* Drive continuous improvement in clinical standards and service delivery.
* Coach and mentor team members, sharing expertise and skills.
* Contribute to management decisions as part of the leadership team.
