Role Overview
* We are seeking a dynamic International Tax Manager to join our global tax team
* This is a broad international (non-US) corporate tax focused role that goes beyond compliance
* You will become a trusted partner to the business, supporting commercial activity and decision-making
* You will manage international corporate tax compliance and reporting primarily across EMEA while also advising on issues such as WHT, Transfer Pricing, Pillar 2 readiness, and tax implications of global activity
* The environment is fast paced and collaborative across multiple time zones offering exposure to diverse projects

Key Responsibilities
Compliance and Reporting
* Lead UK corporation tax compliance and oversee international corporate tax filings prepared by controllers and advisors
* Manage international tax provision processes including review of year end and quarterly tax provision workings and support files
* Prepare UK tax statutory disclosures and cash tax forecasts for the UK group
* Support with HMRC relationship management, such as BRR+ risk reviews and published UK tax strategy
Commercial and Advisory Support
* Partner with the business on commercial initiatives including M&A, contract reviews, and operational tax queries
* Advise on international tax matters such as Transfer Pricing, WHT compliance, permanent establishments, and OECD/BEPS actions
* Monitor legislative changes and assess their impact on business operations and strategy
* Assistance with legal entity rationalisation
Risk Management and Process Improvement
* Identify and mitigate tax compliance risks through robust controls and frameworks
* Drive process improvements and implement best practices leveraging technology and automation where possible
* Manage or assist with tax audits across multiple jurisdictions
* Assistance with tax process or policy integration and alignment with businesses across TKO
Collaboration and Communication
* Work closely with finance, legal, HR, and other stakeholders to provide tax guidance
* Liaise with external advisors and global tax teams to ensure consistency and compliance
* Deliver tax training sessions to relevant staff
What We Are Looking For
Essential Qualifications and Experience
* Degree or accounting qualification required
* 5+ years of experience in international corporate tax compliance and reporting
* Strong technical knowledge of international tax principles including Transfer Pricing, WHT, BEPS, and permanent establishments
* Proven ability to manage complex tax processes across multiple jurisdictions
Desirable Experience
* In-house tax function experience
* Experience with tax accounting and provision under US GAAP
* Familiarity with SAP and OneSource Tax Provision
* Exposure to SOX or listed company environments
* Awareness of M&A tax issues
* Awareness of international VAT and employment tax principles (although not directly responsible)
Skills and Attributes

* Interest in leveraging technology and AI to improve processes
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including stakeholder influencing or negotiation skills
