Overview

Part Time Finance & HR Assistant - 25 hours per week. Huntress are supporting an Independent Education organisation in the recruitment of a Part Time Finance & HR Assistant.


Responsibilities

* Finance
o Accounts Receivable including raising invoices, collection of fees & maintain the direct debit collection system
o Accounts Payable including processing invoices, gaining authorisation and payment runs
o Bank Reconciliations
o Monthly Cashflow forecasting
* HR
o Create job applicant packs
o Coordinate interview process
o Onboarding admin including pre-employment checks
o Maintain HR files including absence records


Qualifications / Requirements

To succeed in the role you will have a solid understanding of finance most likely from a small finance team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. HR Experience is not essential for this role however you will have an eye for detail and be accurate in your work.

Please note this role is office based. In return you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive, friendly environment. Competitive Salary & Benefits. This role is 52 weeks per year, 25 hours a week on site.
