Job Description
The Commercial Litigation Partner will be:
* Managing and developing the Leeds commercial litigation team
* Building, maintaining and growing a personal client portfolio
* Acting on high-value, complex commercial litigation matters
* Driving business development initiatives and networking to bring in new work and clients
* Mentoring, developing and supervising senior associates and fee earners within the team to deliver top-quality client service
* Partnering with other practice areas and offices to deliver cross-disciplinary, national and international dispute resolution solutions
* Ensuring excellent client service, profitable matters and strong team performance metrics
The Successful Applicant
The Commercial Litigation Partner should be:
* A Legal Director or Partner with their own contacts
* Proven track record of managing a team and bringing in and managing significant clients and high value matters
* Strong experience in high-value commercial disputes across sectors such as retail, technology and the public sector
* Commercially minded, with excellent business development skills and the ability to build and develop client relationships
