How you'll make a difference
As a Senior Product Owner, you'll be responsible for leading a Financial Support Feature Team within the Lending Value Stream. You'll prioritise Financial Support, Collections & Recoveries related initiatives and liaise with the Financial Support teams to deliver and run our core collections & recoveries systems. You'll ensure consideration is given to the integration and alignment of the front-end customer experience and back-end database, interfaces and architecture. You'll create high quality user stories to ensure the development activity aligns with delivering value quickly.
This role will make a difference by supporting our lending and risk objectives, delivering value incrementally in an agile and iterative manner and ensuring products meet customer expectations to achieve TSBs core outcomes.
What you'll bring
* Financial Support, Collections & Recoveries strategy development or implementation experience, with a good understanding of secured and unsecured lending.
* Product Owner experience, with an ability to shape how the role fits into complex organisations and coach others
* Strong leadership and team-building capabilities, with the ability to promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
* Proven communication and stakeholder engagement experience at all levels.
* Strong influencing skills - the ability to explain to various senior executives and partners why you're prioritising one feature over another in a release (using evidence and data to back up your decision-making process).
