About The Role
We put the fun back into our guests' holidays. If things aren’t going to plan with their break, you will be helping our guests get back on track by using your empathy and problem-solving skills to understand what has gone wrong, logging jobs and feedback, and following up with the guest.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing excellent customer service via telephone and face-to-face interactions.
* Using various systems to log jobs and feedback accurately and efficiently.
* Supporting colleagues and working as part of a team.
* Assisting guests with check-in and offering advice about our products and local area.
* Maintaining a positive and motivated attitude in a fast-paced environment.
About You
As a Guest Services Team Member Plus, you will work on Mondays and Fridays cleaning accommodations and delivering service to our guests. You will receive training to develop your skills across all relevant areas.
This is a full-time, permanent role of 30-35 hours per week, with a rotating schedule including weekends. Live-in accommodation is available.
Working Pattern
Monday and Friday: Cleaning at Maple Walk from 10:00 to 15:00 with a 15-minute break. Then, a 60-minute break before shifts in Guest Services from 16:00 to up to 21:00, generally. Three other working days in the remaining five days.
