What you’ll be doing:
* Plan and coordinate the delivery of an online picking and delivery team to ensure the success of the in-store online service.
* Be a visible leader, engaging and coaching a large team of shoppers and drivers to provide a seamless and safe shopping experience for both online and in-store customers.
* Collaborate with other managers to enhance the overall shopping experience in the store.
* Manage people responsibilities, including performance management, capability development, disciplinary actions, scheduling, and payroll accuracy.
Our online teams typically work early mornings, with picking for deliveries usually from 04:00 to 08:00.

* Experience in line management within a fast-paced operational environment.
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to coach teams to do the same.
* Proven track record of meeting KPIs and performance indicators.
* Ability to handle disciplinary, performance, and employee relations issues.
* Strong leadership skills, comfortable managing operations independently in the absence of senior management.
