The Opportunity As Account Manager, you'll take ownership of several key customer relationships-focused initially on strategic offshore clients. You'll be responsible for driving both market share and account expansion by understanding customer needs in depth and aligning internal resources to deliver exceptional service. This is a hybrid role, combining home-based work, travel to client sites, and time with internal teams. Success in the role will come from building trusted relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering consistent value to customers across staffing and service delivery. Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring clear communication and proactive service Develop deep understanding of client challenges, workforce requirements, and project roadmaps Build strong relationships across customer organisations-from project delivery teams to senior stakeholders Create and manage structured account plans to guide commercial activity and performance tracking Identify and convert new revenue opportunities within existing accounts (share of wallet) Maintain accurate records in the CRM and contribute to forecasting and reporting Represent the company in industry forums and networking events to stay close to sector developments What We're Looking For Proven experience in Account Management, ideally in service or maintenance solutions for wind, mechanical, industrial, or rotating equipment Comfortable operating in technically complex and consultative customer settings Understanding of the wind industry lifecycle (construction, commissioning, warranty, O&M) is highly beneficial Commercially aware with experience in pricing, contracts, and managing customer expectations Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally Confident, self-motivated, and highly organised with a proactive, solutions-focused approach Willingness to travel across the UK and occasionally internationally as required Why Join?
