Additional;
* Liaison with Blue Chip Clientele, Overseas Agents, Airlines & 3rd party Logistics suppliers.
* Shipping documentation*HAWB-MAWB-DG Notes-Letters of Credit.
* Submitting Export entries/Export licences.
* Dealing with special airfreight export requirements/project cargo/hazardous shipments.
* Keeping Clients updated at all times with the status of their shipments.
* Handling queries, resolving issues and providing excellent customer services at all times
* Standard airfreight administration and job costing.
Additional
Basic salary band: £28,000-£32,000.
Rewarding package to compliment and to be revealed at interview stage!
Key points;
* Two or more years experience within the Airfreight Forwarding Industry.
* Experience of HMRC procedures.
* Use of Cargowise operating system would be great advantage.
* Commercial awareness.
* Clear and concise communication skills (written and spoken).
