We’re looking for a recent graduate with strong communication skills to join our dynamic Business Development team and help us win exciting new contracts. As an entry-level Business Development Manager, you’ll support the creation and coordination of outstanding bids that showcase the best of what Sodexo can offer. You’ll co-design tailored solutions with our Business Development Directors, Managers, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), bringing together creativity, structure, and storytelling to deliver proposals that resonate with our clients. This role is ideal for a graduate who thrives on project management, collaboration and the satisfaction of seeing a winning bid come to life. What you’ll do: Support the creation, development, and submission of high-value, complex bid proposals Design and execute strategic bid plans that align with client needs and Sodexo’s business goals. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth bid delivery and operational excellence. Foster strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and shape successful outcomes. Ensure all submissions meet the highest standards of compliance, commercial accuracy, and quality. What we’re looking for: To be successful in the role, you will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with an understanding of the basics of business strategy and public sector procurement.
