Electrical Project Manager - Building Services
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a very successful and highly respected Electrical Building Services contractor based in Nottingham. Working across multiple sectors, including commercial, office fitout, and industrial, with typical project values ranging from £500k up to £10m, the company, a long‑standing Electrical Building Services contractor, provides a full range of Electrical services, from design through to installation and commissioning.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage projects assigned to you, ensuring that they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
* Manage the procurement of projects.
* Technical submissions/approvals.
* Assist in the production of risk and method statements.
* Financial management of the project and working to budgets set.
* Management of the site team.
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
* Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the project life cycle.
Desirable Experience & Key Skills
* Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience as an Electrical Building Services Project Manager or similar role, e.g. Electrical Contracts Manager.
* Experience in successfully delivering Electrical building services projects ranging from £500,000 up to £5,000,000.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Salary and Benefits Package
* Base salary: £55,000 – £60,000 plus (depending on experience).
