Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Assistant located in Perth. The Account Assistant will handle a variety of tasks including managing credit control, overseeing petty cash transactions, assisting with general finance operations, and maintaining financial records. Effective communication with team members and external parties will be essential. Additional responsibilities include supporting accounting processes, preparing financial documents, and providing administrative support as needed.
Qualifications
* Skills in Credit Control and Petty Cash management
* Proficiency in Finance and Accounting
* Strong Communication skills
* Attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
* Experience in an educational or similar setting is a plus
* Relevant certifications or a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field are preferred
