We are seeking multiple dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistants & Outreach Support Workers to join our thriving SEMH school in Leyland, supporting students aged 11-18.

The Role:
* Support students with SEMH needs across KS3, KS4, and KS5 within the classroom and during outreach sessions.
* Build strong, positive relationships and act as a trusted adult for young people who may have faced barriers to learning.
* Work closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and external agencies to ensure consistent, joined-up support.
* Assist in managing behaviour positively and promote emotional regulation and resilience.
* Deliver tailored interventions and support plans, both onsite and through outreach work where needed.
About You:
* Confident, resilient, and able to remain calm under pressure.
* Experience working with young people with SEMH needs (in education, youth work, care, or similar) is desirable but not essential.
* A sense of humour, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable young people.
