Job Title: Steel Erector

Job Type: Full-time, Ongoing Temporary / Temp to Perm
Working Hours:
* Monday to Thursday: 06:30 – 15:30
* Friday: 06:30 – 11:30

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading steel distributor based in Cradley Heath, who are looking to expand their team with an experienced and reliable Steel Erector.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid background in steel erection, structural fitting, or fabrication who is looking for long-term work with consistent hours and excellent pay.
Role Responsibilities:
* Erecting steel structures to specification on-site or in-yard
* Working from drawings and layout plans
* Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
* Supporting team members in moving, positioning, and securing steel components
* Operating tools and lifting equipment where required
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a steel erector or in a similar structural steel role
* Ability to work from technical drawings
* Good awareness of site safety procedures
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
* CSCS card or relevant site certifications (preferred but not essential)
