Job Title: Casual & Banqueting Service Waiter (Part‑time)

Location: DoubleTree Brighton Metropole, Doubletree by Hilton


Role Summary

Join the Conference and Banqueting team. Responsibilities include setting up and facilitating banquets and events, managing room set‑ups, serving refreshments, and keeping all areas clean and hazard‑free. The role is part‑time, 20 hours per week, and requires flexibility to work in shifts.


Key Responsibilities

* Set up and run banquets and events with precise room arrangements.
* Serve refreshments to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
* Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout event spaces.
* Collaborate with team members to deliver high‑quality service.
* Adapt quickly to changing event requirements and work environments.


Required Skills & Qualifications

* Positive, friendly, and passionate attitude.
* Effective communication skills.
* Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
* Excellent grooming and personal presentation standards.
