We are looking for reliable and enthusiastic Warehouse Operatives to support our operation in Wellingborough, working in partnership with our longstanding customer, Costa Coffee.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a shift pattern of Any 5 from 7 with the hours of 23:00 – 07:00 or 4 on 4 off with the hours of 19:00 – 07:00.

What you'll do on a typical day:
* Ensuring that products are picked accurately, loaded, and unloaded safely onto vehicles
* Responsible for tipping and processing outside suppliers as well as managing backhauls
* Data input using our Warehouse Management System (WMS)
* Communicating with other team members and management to ensure efficient warehouse operations
* Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Previous experience working in a warehouse would be beneficial
* Current UK Drivers licence would be advantageous but not essential
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* The ability to work in a team and independently when required
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
