Elizabeth Finn is a leading care provider. Rush Court is an elegant, Queen Anne style house standing in its own grounds amidst the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside just outside Wallingford. Its 47 en suite rooms provide both residential and nursing care on a long‑term or short stay basis, as well as offering end of life care.
About The Role
We are seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to deliver high‑quality, personal care to residents in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes independence. Working alongside our clinical and senior care teams, you’ll help create a safe, engaging and comfortable environment where residents can thrive.
What You’ll Do
* Deliver personal care in line with care plans and procedures, documenting accurately.
* Report any changes, concerns, incidents or complaints promptly to senior staff.
* Support residents with social activities, routines and meaningful engagement.
* Maintain a clean, safe, secure environment and ensure equipment is used and stored safely.
* Maintain confidentiality and comply with all policies; take responsibility for ongoing learning and development.
Qualifications & Skills
* Secondary school education with good numeracy and literacy.
* Ability to communicate clearly in English.
* Level 2 in Care (or willingness to work towards it).
* Experience caring for older people.
* Basic knowledge of Care Workers’ Codes of Practice.
