✅ What We’re Looking For
* Experience working with young people or supporting learning (school-based or transferable experience).
* A flexible and proactive attitude, with the confidence to adapt to different school settings.
* A genuine passion for helping students learn, develop, and grow.
* A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
* A driver with access to a car is highly desirable due to travel between schools.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting teachers in delivering lessons across a range of subjects and year groups.
* Providing one-to-one and small group support to pupils who need extra help.
* Encouraging positive learning behaviours and helping to manage classroom routines.
* Assisting with lesson preparation, resources, and general classroom organisation.
* Building great relationships with students and staff to create a supportive learning environment.
