SEN Teaching Partner - Empower Young Minds �?Contract Type: Full-Time / Part-TimeSalary: £20,000 - £25,000 (pro rata, depending on experience)Start Date: September 2025About the RoleWe are seeking a compassionate, proactive, and dedicated SEN Teaching Partner to join our inclusive and nurturing school community. You will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to support pupils with a range of special educational needs, helping them to access the curriculum and thrive both academically and socially.Key Responsibilities
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN, including those with EHCPs
* Assist in the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour support plans
* Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
* Support pupils with personal care needs, where required
* Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure consistent support
* Monitor and record pupil progress and provide feedback to the SENCO and teaching staff
What We're Looking For
* Experience working with children with SEN (in a school or care setting)
* A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of individual pupils
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, CACHE, or equivalent) are desirable but not essential
