Post Title: Health Care Support Worker (CTAC)
Location: North East Fife
Salary/Banding: Band 3
Hours: 20.5 hrs per week, permanent (flexible to work Mon‑Fri, 08:30‑4:30)
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Health Care Support Worker in primary care, based at various general practices across Fife.
Key Responsibilities
* Support patient care within general practice settings.
* Conduct phlebotomy duties.
* Assist with daily clinical tasks.
* Travel across the Fife division as required.
* Work within a Monday‑Friday schedule, 08:30‑4:30.
Key Qualifications
* Excellent organisational, time‑management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Team player with genuine interest in primary care.
* Previous community or primary care experience (advantageous).
* Phlebotomy skills required.
* Relevant SVQ or equivalent experience desirable.
* Ability to travel across the Fife division.
* Membership of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme prior to appointment.
