This role involves supporting teaching and learning across KS1 and KS2. Morning: Provide high-quality support as a Teaching Assistant, working with pupils in small groups and on a one-to-one basis to enhance learning outcomes. Afternoon: Deliver pre-planned lessons to whole classes, ensuring a positive and engaging learning environment during teacher absence.
