Teaching and Learning Fellow in Occupational Therapy

Opportunity Overview
We are seeking a motivated, creative and ambitious occupational therapist who is keen to develop their academic career. The candidate will work with the Head of Subject and lecturers to design, develop and deliver programmes, support innovation and enterprise, foster inclusivity, and progress research and enterprise activities in line with School priorities.
Key Responsibilities
* Work with internal and external stakeholders to plan, design, develop and deliver a range of high‑quality programmes of study at all levels.
* Support development and delivery of innovative, simulation and practice‑based learning opportunities within newly accredited occupational therapy programmes.
* Work with industry partners to innovate and identify opportunities for enterprise, research and knowledge exchange.
* Foster the development of an inclusive community, using inclusive teaching approaches that diversify the curriculum and assessment methods.
* Progress research and enterprise activities, aligning with School priorities.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must hold an occupational therapy qualification and have experience in teaching or a related academic role. Demonstrable skills in curriculum design, research and enterprise, and commitment to inclusivity are desirable.
Salary and Benefits
